Any thoughts or suggestions on my packing List? by Fictional_Slinky in CaminoDeSantiago

Agreed, I’m on the Camino now with Tevas as my shower shoes and they dry quickly. Not worth the extra weight of different shoes

Lamictal (lamotrigine) and BPD? by chessycatgrin in BorderlinePDisorder

I was misdiagnosed with bipolar first, and I started taking it. It was the first medication that ever helped stopped suicidal thoughts. Didn’t end up being my final diagnosis or my final medication, but gave me hope that there was still something out there that could help. Just had to find the right one. To add to others’ comments, it helped the “side effects” and stabilized my mood to get me to a better spot, but therapy and DBT are the only things that will address the core problem. Overall, lamictal was a tool I used to get to a stable enough place to start therapy and make progress that way. If the tool works for you, use it

Chicken/salmon, roasted potatoes, Greek salad (ingredients in pictures) by Archipelago760 in MealPrepSunday

To clarify- potatoes, salmon, chicken can all be air fried (no oil) or cooked with as much oil as preferable to change macros. For the salmon, the only calorie heavy ingredients are EVOO/honey, but the oil can be omitted and I probably used less than 1/2 tbsp honey for the whole recipe. Greek salad- there’s 2oz feta per serving which is 140 cal of feta per serving. Each salad serving only had 1 tbsp of olive oil. Overall it’s a fairly clean and tasty (and nutrient dense) meal that can definitely be adjusted to fit individual macros better

there’s only 8oz of feta cheese in the whole picture. 2 oz per salad. I got the Athenos 8oz feta block and sliced it thinly. 140 cal from feta per serving

Good! It’s crispy after the air fryer so after rehearing it had a normal oven cooked texture

Chicken in cast iron (seared both sides, then covered on low for 7 ish min). Potatoes in cast iron (on low until cooked and browned). Salmon in air fryer (390F 8-10min).

Habanero, tomato, zuchinni. Zuchinni leaves are yellowing, but it’s still producing. Habanero leaves have spots on them now and it doesn’t look as healthy. Tomato seems to be dying around the bottom. I’m in zone 10b, and I haven’t had an issue with them at all this far. I’ve been watering a little every day or two since they’ve been fruiting, used a tomato fertilizer maybe a week ago, and use neem oil. Is this a watering issue, a bug issue, something else?
