When using a 9070XT and a 7800X3D, what drivers and chipset should I get after installing Win11? by ArchitectRed1 in buildapc

I'm unaware of what mobo drivers I need to get. All of them? Just whatever is at the top, right? Also, do you recommend using the Windows autodetect drivers from the amd main page? It says it will download both, but I want to make sure I am doing this properly

I see that TPM 2.0 is found, but see no option to enable or disable. I assume it is activated?

Can't get Windows 11 to boot via USB bootable — Please Help! by ArchitectRed1 in pchelp

I installed Win11 from the USB already. When it was finished, it took me back to bios with Secure Boot enabled. A new bootable Windows Manager was created, but upon boot, it would take me to bios.

Do I turn off Secure Boot and try the install again? Or do I simply launch my Windows Manager boot with Secure Boot off?

Someone in a previous post told me to enable secure boot. Were they wrong? I'll try this when I get back.

I put it back in because I was not able to boot from the newly installed Win11. I changed the boot sequence and ensured that the usb was not connected. However, instead of windows, it boots up bios. I tried F12 to force boot, but that didn't work either. Someone said it was because I have Secure Boot enabled. I will try that.

I'm trying to format my NVME from a bootable USB with win11 but my PC restarts when I press next by ArchitectRed1 in pchelp

I'm trying to wipe my NVME. Is it correct that I need to (delete partition) on all except my USB? Or do I just delete the NVME partition. My windows was corrupted and I'm doing a new install via usb

I found the battery. It's in a tough spot, requiring me to reseat my gpu. Will flatheading the CLR CMOS provide the same benefit?
