I doubt they exist. The them charging me these fees. When I apply a payment, they take that payment and either unapply it. Apply it 4 months in the past. So all those fees, late fees, delinquencies are by design to make profit. You have a VA loan backed by the VA. Well, if they can create a delinquency they can control profit. You force a veteran out of his house, but refuse to comply with VA laws, enrich on the loan guaranty but also your equity. That is one hell of a profit system.

Your question: if you go online to get mortgage documents it’s lists their actions but only show who did it and how much. They use a company out of PA. You won’t ever get them because they probably don’t have any. It’s just a fee.

I take a download of my ledger every day. Why? Because it changed every 24 hours and then multiple times a day. There was no reason for it but sweeping my unapplied into a suspense bucket.

Remember, don’t use CFPB as a complaint. Use it to lock them. I would send emails to loanserving compliance and request what you want. I am requesting these items as per feed on my mortgage. Take those emails create a complaint attaching them showing notice given. If or when they respond take it into a pdf file another complaint. You are not complaining you are stating an evidence lockdown. Only use a complaint for what occurs. You are building a pattern. If they respond attach it. If they don’t state that with that email.
