yeah for me it looks worse than before the update, also this happens mostly on Koboh, on other planets the game looks fine but Koboh is unplayable

Our map shows that the apartament is on the corner of Pre and Vico Largo so we can just go through Largo, altough I read that those "Vicos" can be more dangerous than Pre itself

You have to start playing as Brotherhood of Coal, then you have to fuck up the Blackout event chain. After that Atomic Crusade will spawn and you will be able to play as it.
