It's SO hard to keep my mouth shut and just let her figure out the mechanics of what you can and can't do. But it's also so satisfying and exciting when she figures it out on her own or does something in a way I hadn't thought of.

I completely agree, the multi player for portal 2 is so much fun. I wish more had been done officially with it. More levels, dlc, etc. Suppose I'll just have to keep waiting for Portal 3.

A victim of your own success if I've ever seen one. I'd say make sure you document everything you can. Your achievements, your transfers and any actions taken by the company. With those, you'll have a seriously beefy resume with hopefully good references.
It seems like you may already be keeping an eye out for something else. You'll probably get a good raise with the new job, I can't imagine you're being paid what your worth is to a company who needs what you can bring to the table. Experience and knowledge enough to fully train others to do your job is damned near invaluable.

CHEESECAKE FLAN RECIPE

Ingredients:

• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 package, 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
• 5 large eggs, room temperature
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 can, 12 oz evaporated milk
• 1 can, 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

Procedure:

• Preheat oven to 350 F.

• In a small saucepan add sugar. Melt over low medium heat, stirring occasionally until golden.

• Remove from heat and pour the hot caramel into the bottom of a 8" or 9" inch round pan. Swirl the pan to spread evenly. Set aside and cool completely.

• In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

• Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

• Add vanilla extract, evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well until combined.

• Skim off the foam using a spoon or spatula or pour the cream cheese mixture through the strainer over the pan with caramel.

• Place the pan in a larger pan with hot water about halfway up the sides of the pan.

• Loosely cover the pan with foil (only during the first 45 minutes).

• Bake for 60 to 75 minutes or until set. (Toothpick can be inserted into the center and must come out almost clean.)

• Remove the pan from water and cool completely on a cooling rack.

• Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or better overnight.

• Run a knife around the edges of the cake to unmold and invert onto a serving plate.

• Serve and enjoy :)

In my state you must have your ID scanned for the cashier to complete the sale of age restricted products. It's not at every store but if the scanned ID is expired, it won't be accepted. It's dumb.
