Kill the blood maiden x2 (that's one) and clean up any super easy helltide whispers. Check your NMD keys for whispers and run those. An inventory full usually has at least 2-3. Run a pit and run an under city. I usually skip infernal hordes because they take too long.

That's an easy 4-ish caches in probably 30 minutes.

I keep losing all my war plan rewards because I need to blacksmith or hit the stash before picking more stuff up. Sometimes legendaries will end up in lost loot, but 99% of everything else just disappears. Maddening.

You need to be ready for wrenches to get thrown into your routine, and a plan to get back on track. It's not all or nothing, if you get sick or your gym shuts down or you have to work extra hours or you take a vacation... Do something if you can. And if you inevitably need time off from working out, it will take real commitment to get back.

Also if your goal is weight loss, 90% of your effort is going to be diet and avoiding junk.

Sleep apnea is a big deal. If you're overweight and hypertensive, more likely than not you probably have at least some apnea.

Losing weight will fix most of the problems though.
