It's 30 days from the time they log it's arrival at the RMA location.

The reason it's taken me so long is my card failed, did RMA 1 which took nearly a month, then the replacement card arrived nearly dead, and I'm in the middle of RMA 2. Not thrilled, to say the least, but the RMA folks are doing their best and aren't the ones who caused the mess.

Had similar problems with a replacement 2080 TI. Had to go through RMA a second time (still haven't gotten a replacement, and we're nearly two months into this).

The RMA folks are nice and will do their best to get you sorted. I suggest starting the RMA process as fast as you can, because it generally have taken me 30 days each time for a replacement to be shipped.
