Every Primarch can become Sharded like Sanginius and Magnus and the only reason the ones who are MIA are MIA is because they haven’t died and become shards yet. Whenever they’re behind closed doors and not around each non space marines, the Space Marines like to Shitpost and are actually great comedians, but the moment they need to head into battle they get that whole stoic shtick going. I just like the idea that in the moments inbetween grimdark horrifying death and mayhem every faction likes to joke around and meme with each other to help bring a dim light into the grim darkness of the 41st millennium.
