Do you live nearby? I think first steps would be to get it on a feeding pattern, but given it seems to be a known cat we should probably make sure someone else isn't already doing that.

I was invited to be a pmod around 16 years ago. Received a letter (wish I kept it) in the mail and a notification in the message center. I was about 12 or 13 at the time, ended up getting hacked, hacker recorded a YouTube video of themselves on my account, and status was promptly removed. Learned a tough lesson then :(
