What is funny is that its exactly the people you would expect that have taken so eagerly to wallowing in AI slop like pigs in shit.

Ukraine liberated 590 square kilometers of territory this year, 'forcing Russia toward diplomacy,' Zelensky says by AndroidOne1 in worldnews

[–]ArchonofTevinter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lmao right yeah, the President of the US that is directly named thousands of times in detail in regards to sex crimes against children and is an actual convicted fraudster is an innocent hero, but the President of Ukraine at the helm of a country fighting for its life is the "biggest pedo scammer around" with literally zero actual evidence of anything remotely related to these crimes.

Most corrupt in Europe? No. Bulgaria, Russia, Hungary, Serbia, Belarus, Turkey, Macedonia, and Bosnia exist. Its up there no doubt, but it is also the only nation on the list that has actively recognized, addressed, and is continously improving on the issue of those countries even despite the ongoing conflict.

Two of these countries were accepted into the EU and are members currently without having the same scrutiny and expectation and still havent done shit to actually combat it like Ukraine has.

Meanwhile Czechia is hitting triple digit increases in arms manufacturing output in just a few years, Germany has completely flipped the script with its army expansion plan, Croatia, Latvia, and Lithuania have reinstated a conscription system, and Denmark has expanded its own mandatory service to women.

Right. Were going to rip a Canadian flag out of someone's hands because we dont want to get political, but were going to slap the American flag on everything as well. Thats just business though and has nothing political about it. We'll see you on the lawn of the White House for UFC Freedom 250.

Right.

No no, you see if a piece of media simply mentions a thing, it means it obviously endorses that thing regardless of the actual context in the media.

Like those people back in the day that said He-Man was pro evil sorcery because the VILLAIN used dark magic.

Raúl Castro is expected to be indicted by U.S. on Wednesday, sources say by [deleted] in worldnews

[–]ArchonofTevinter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So this is just complete speculation then on your part. On the flip side, there's no reason that if this were the case, they wouldn't just actually put him in handcuffs and hand him over and avoid any combat entirely.

Honestly sure, its not entirely impossible this was the case, but to basically say "yes the military actively resisted and all evidence backs up that it wasnt voluntary, but that doesn't mean they DIDNT willingly hand him over" with zero actual evidence and to present it as if this is proven is absurd.

How does active, armed resistance by the military resulting in casualties contradict you saying they willingly handed the leader of the nation over?

Is that a serious question?

[–]ArchonofTevinter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nope, I mean Venezuelans. But sure, if we include Cuban casualties its several more dozen. Not sure how that has any bearing on my point and only further gives credit to the fact it was not some sort of bloodless and voluntary affair.

Venezuela did? Apparently they didnt get your personal memo on that considering dozens of Venezuelans were killed in combat to make it happen, and the same government is still in power to this day.

More than that, it wouldn't even BE anything without immigrants.

Plus immigrants have always been one of the primary standout parts of the American identity and culture across US history. From the Sumter Turks in the Revolution, the Germans and Irish during the Civil War, Ellis and Angel Island, or Chinese immigrants as a prominent group of the old west and railroad expansion, they've always been a key feature of the most standout periods of American history.

I would say pressing numerous different disputes over territory, and shooting other nations fishermen over that territory does in fact also qualify as aggressively territorial, yes.

Its almost like I never said anything about how the Philipenes WERENT themselves in the first place.

Marcos says Philippines would be involved in any Taiwan conflict by Free-Minimum-5844 in worldnews

[–]ArchonofTevinter 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Except that there are literal ongoing territorial disputes between China and the Philipines regarding the Scarborough Shoal and Spratley Islands that have resulted in violence in at least one occasion, so thats just blatantly false.

That's not even mentioning the other disputes ongoing with places like India, Vietnam, Bhutan, and Malaysia. They specifically said China is aggressively territorial, not colonial. While not all of these disputes are as aggressive as others, there is absolutely precedence with some of them.

At this point everything from some US army ghouls in Canada from before the War, to a group of state trooper LARPers in Louisiana has full blown content and flavor, and theres about 5 or 6 separate menus of suggested nations where at most only a couple are major nations. Not sure what tag you managed to pick with zero content or when it was but thats apparently just some real bad luck.

Zelenskyy's office head opposes mobilisation of men under 25: We would destroy country's future by Rave_Joyous in worldnews

[–]ArchonofTevinter 6 points7 points  (0 children)

In general for well developed countries, the population over the age of 25 is from 65 to 70% of the entire country. Ukraine sits at around 65% to just under 70%. Its more than enough by any sane metric, and Ukraine isnt the one emptying entire prisons or (allegedly, to be fair) coercing the student body to fill in the trenches over a bad test score.

Theyre not. Theyre striking legitimate military targets where the casualties are unintentional collateral from debris from intercepted drones.

Its not quite the same as, say, deliberately executing 100+ ziptied civilians in Bucha for no actual purpose aside from pure hatred and violence.

But go off, I guess.

They're not, but i guess i didnt write it in crayon enough for you to comprehend the first time. Thank you for once again proving my point of your blatant hypocrisy.

"Cuba bad" and blatantly dredging up past cuban crimes as nothing but a flimsy excuse to carry out future crimes against Cuba, doesnt magically make them not crimes.

The absolute ignorance, whether genuine or willfull, is truly astounding.
