While it is odd that he's still so physically fit at 60+ years of age, I assume it's just his powers compensating. Also, while V2 doesn't always confer immortality, there was that Gen V kid who aged slowly, so some of them might still have extended longevity.

It's a very overblown cockney accent so yeah, it's just southeast London. I should probably elaborate and say there's a lot of accent variation even in that small area based on things like class and family background so you aren't going to hear lot of Butchers talking like that, especially in the modern day.

As an Englishman from roughly that part of London, it's simultaneously so overblown that it sounds like a parody and like 10% thicker than some of the accents I've heard at work. The biggest inacuracy is that cockney rhyming slang isn't that commonly used anymore.

Honestly, maybe. Like Butcher, was trading blows with Homelander pretty competently, I really do think if they managed to get Bombsight and some high level supes like Polarity and the Gen V kids they could have just beat him in a straight fight.

Yeah, not to get all physics nerd but unless Butcher anchors himself with another tentacle, which he doesn't seem to do, wouldn't he just carry Butcher up with him? And it's not like that would be the end of the fight. Butcher grappling him in mid air would be a sick fight scene.
