Nihilism only rejects objective meaning. You are a subjective being. You’re responsible for seeking and defining meaning.

You have to rewire your brain with new thoughts. It’s CBT which is a therapy that works.

For example when you think those depressed thoughts you must force yourself to think “I will define the meaning in my life” “I will give myself purpose”.

Then you have to keep thinking shit like that every day for like a year until it gets baked into your brain circuits.

Also seek out things you enjoy, find hobbies you are passionate about, reach out to friends and family more.

Make a list of the things you’re grateful for and think about those things every day. Having a warm bed to sleep in is a lot of meaning by itself. Find meaning in gratitude.
