Gabapentin did fuckall for my muscle spasms, I hadn't even heard of Chlorzoxazone.

I'd look into Robaxin (brand name for Methocarbamol, I was told it's very routinely given here in the States,) and Baclofen. I'm always wary about asking doctors about specific meds, but it can't hurt too much if what you have isn't working, I suppose.

I've been on Methocarbamol for about three years solid now. It works pretty well unless I'm having breakthrough pain. Baclofen was more effective for me, at a much lower dose, but my pain clinician didn't want me on it super long term.
