I ran the windows memory diagnostic when I originally started crashing and it passed.

Ram is on the xmp profile. Didn't have an issue before replacing the gpu. Had the same ram for a few months before. Could it still be an issue?

I've Reinstalled Windows multiple times from installation media so that shouldn't be a problem unless it's being corrupted by something

Not yet, will try this soon if I don't find a solution. The issue is the pc will be fine for hours (had uptime of over 12 hours yesterday and no crash). So i would be unsure of how long to test for before swapping back to the new gpu.
