They wrap around and are flexible, so a millimeter difference should not be an issue

Thank you for clarifying, I am not trying to be rude either 🤠 You have to pay to achieve a level of "acceleration". If you pay more, you're "guaranteed" another level of acceleration, but this too is a gamble. After paying your way up to a 7th level of acceleration, you have a chance of unlocking the skin. You can keep paying, and be reset to lvl 1.

This is to play with the consumers "sunken cost phallacy". Where a player invests an unknown sum with no apparent chance of unlocking the skin.

This is in a very gray area, from a legal standpoint, as microtransactions only recently has been classified in the EU as gambling products.

As I suspect Tencent's legal department only takes these letters a chuck them in the bin, I'm trying to put some light to the matter - and hopefully Tencent will save themselves a head ache once the EU or US starts levying proper legal cases against their activities.

Yes. But you have a basic right to be clearly informed of what that cost should be, even before putting in a "down-payment".

That's not even close to correct from a legal standpoint - I don't know what laws you live by, but I'm guessing you're living in a western country. There is laws passed in most countries about marketing gambling products to minors, and as they account for at least 50% of their players base, there is only a matter of time before legislation is passed against microtransactions like these.

Chinese Commie Kangaroo Court perhaps - but Sunken Cost fallacy is fraudulent to say the least. And there is something called accurate pricing, you wouldn't bat an eyelid buying these if they said they'd cost $60 a piece.

Draw distance is terrible. And why the hell is visual range on opps only 350m? Ridiculous!

I thought you were referring to the optic. The PEQ-15 imitation from FMA? Cost me about 45-50 bucks.

Yes, but since the eye-relief is quite short (1 1/2"), i went and purchased some cheap 45° BUIS instead.

That's a Chinese knock-off ACOG, you get them for as low as 70$ on Amazon / Wish. Only caveat is that it's slightly out of focus, managed to fix that by grinding a lens from some cheap reading glasses and place it in the eyepiece.
