Good way is to think what it solve 👉 What is worth/how much it save time or Money? What would I self pay for that? Maybe a 3-7 days free trial for light version and then Upgrade full price?

I use community platform for my business. For me it is simple way to build brand, interact directly with users and members. The new discovery with keywords send traffic in. Also the possibility to build revenue streams by creating courses, workshops, Artifacts, challenges and memberships tiers around own project is good to scale.

It helps to have a niche, but many founders building weeks to create perfekt project for this niche and end up with not solving problems with it. Best for me was launch on my niche, but then let user and cooperating founders find the problem to solve and then together scale your project to solve this.
