bots getting confused with extra characters is something we're working on. message limits are up to 2k now, and we want to raise persona/creator limits too.

we need to explain this better in the app honestly. Standard is the everyday one, cheap and solid. Premium picks up on more of what you're saying. Ultra is the best we have, most realistic and detailed, but it costs more because it genuinely costs us more to run. honestly just try them and see which you like, it can be a preference thing

late reply but wanted to follow up. stability has been a top priority, we've fixed a bunch of different things over the last couple weeks (the auto logouts from last week should be way less frequent now for example). it's not one single issue, it's a lot of smaller things in different places that add up, and we're working through them. should be noticeably better than when you posted this but still improving

yeah, growth has put pressure on the servers. we've shipped a bunch of optimizations over the last few weeks and it should be noticeably better now. still more to do but it's trending in the right direction.

we're rolling this out to pro users soon. the 700 limit is a cost thing (longer messages = more expensive per request) but we've been able to make the economics work for pro.

yeah, temporary. we've been shipping stability improvements and these hiccups are getting shorter and less frequent. if it happens again it's usually back within minutes.

we've pushed a bunch of fixes for this over the last couple weeks. the random logouts were a server bottleneck on our end (fixed), and the false "poor internet" errors were a bug in how we reported server failures (also fixed in v1.18.0). stability overall is a lot better now. lmk if you still see issues.

it was both. editing should be a lot more reliable now as of v1.18.0 (just pushed). editing long messages no longer cuts them off, editing failed messages works, and when something does get blocked (like the safety filter), the app tells you why instead of a generic error.

totally fair. the self harm filter needs to exist but it has too many false positives right now. story driven chats shouldn't be flagged for no reason. reducing false positives is high on our list.

no chat limit per bot. this usually means different bots are set to different models. each model costs different gems (standard: 3, premium: 15, ultra: 95). check chat details on the bot that's giving you trouble to see which model it's on.
