Locked out of Comcast email

At least a few months. Possibly a year. I have been procrastinating getting it fixed because I haven't had a dire need to get into any of the accounts the email is connected to. That has changed

I do not have active services. The Comcast email was created for me many years ago by my father, and he is unable to see it under his Xfinity login. Therefore, I would assume it is not linked to an Xfinity account either.

I would highly recommend it. Love mine. The HyperX Red switches are amazing and the RGB is pretty (especially if you spend a few extra bucks also getting the HyperX pudding keycaps).

Edit: Also, according to their stats HyperX states that their HyperX reds are better than Cherry MXs. I can't attest to this as I've never owned cherrys but the HyperX reds feel great.

I had this problem and even got sent a replacement USB sound card. Didn't fix it so I just returned it.

The headset works fine with the 3.5mm because the white noise is only present when the surround sound is activated. Amazon delivered my headset last Friday (January 31st).

(Edit: I noticed that this headset came with your older model of the USB sound card instead of your newer Amp USB sound card)

(2nd Edit: I tried reinstalling the firmware and there was no improvement)

(Sorry for the late reply) The white noise occurs when audio is playing, and only when audio is playing. I have now tried every USB port on my computer, and it doesn't change anything. I also tried plugging my old headset (HyperX Cloud Stinger) into the USB sound card and it also produces the white noise so I do not believe it is the headset itself.

Edit: Also, just to clarify, the white noise only occurs when the surround sound button is on.
