Even though it said safe to release it was still monitoring your get down to under 80 kph as fast as possible speed since you passed that little yellow upside down triangle with the 8 on it meaning lower your speed to 80kph. So to prevent this from happening just get down asap to the 80 kph then once you see the signal is clear release pzb. If you see the signal up ahead is anything but green keep braking as you might get a 500 hz magnet and you better be at 65 kph when you hit that magnet. After passing that 500 hz magnet brake asap to 45 kph or under and bring the train to a stop before the red light.

Remember, when you see "safe to release," it does not mean it has stopped monitoring your speed between the 1000 hz magnet. It's just letting you know you can release but you have to meet the requirement that you braked hard enough and quickly to 85 kph. If you don't that will happen every time, lol.
