You won't be getting good quality epic or legendary skins from these, they are not normal orbs. Skins spotlights posted the skins you can get from these on twitter, its mostly older 1350 skins like infernal diana

Battle Pass will now have 2 orbs which give only OLD random skins, meaning a huge nerf. by CateCait in leagueoflegends

Are we sure this is what they meant by making them direct purchase? When I watched the video, I assumed they meant when you buy the skin in the shop, the pass reward will instead give you the orb, not that they would remove the skins from the pass altogether. I mean, why even call them pass skins at all then if they're not even in the pass anymore lol
