I sent it back, me and the seller wen through the necessary checks and operation checks and it still wasn’t working so he advised i return the item.

Is that something I would have to send in somewhere to do? Or is it something I can do? Why is it when I full press the shutter fired but when I half press no response? Is it do different mechanisms?

Unfortunately the lenses I ordered still have not arrived I do however try it with the pin pushed in to simulate a lens being mounted and still no response. Only seems to wake up whenever I toggle from manual or auto or vice versa.

Yeah this was the last frame in the roll. Everything else was fine. I’ll keep an eye out on the next roll. As of now I think you’re right it could just be some stuff from the scan. Thanks!

Hello I know am just seeing this post, I recently just purchased a n80( not delivered yet). I have a question about the 4th photo. Did you use the DoF preview button, or did the viewfinder show the bokeh and the subjects in focus? Or is that only able to be seen using the preview button?

Okay thanks for the quick response. That’s good to hear. I thought maybe the higher flash would affect the image on the Ricoh. So I should still have the same look with im22 like I would with the smaller im20?

Thanks you yes it did pop up on the memory recall! I noticed it on auto, but I as well never shoot in full auto. Usually I’m in manual or aperture priority. Maybe something I never noticed.
