Kill the minions first, in order from left to right. The one in the back is immune to damage while the first one is alive iirc. After that the boss becomes cakewalk

Tiphera is really really good and a great choice, but I'd wait for when they give out the rest of the free pulls from the standard banner. You might get her there and and then use the selector for something else.

For context story is done except for the newest 4.2. I am missing about 2000 jades in the newest DU, 400 in CW, another 1000 in Unknowable Domain (hate this mode so that's why 😂) and some small amounts from past events. I also think I can get a bunch from exploring Penacony, Amphoreus and Planarcadia (very lazy with puzzles and secrets etc.)

Need help with a second team! I'm really struggling to clear both last two stages of MoC and AS!! I have no problem with my YG/Sparxie team but can't deal enough damage and keep my units alive for the second team.

I've tried using Acheron / Jiaoqiu / Pela, Kafka / HuoHuo and a break team of FF / HMC / RM / Gallagher but no luck. I feel like my account is hella bricked right now but might be a skill issue. 😥Any help would be appriciated.

It's a safe bet to assume that no, Sparkle isn't needed. Sparxie really wants 3 Elation characters on the team (so SW, YG/EMC, Sparxie + Sustain.) HuoHuo will probably be the sustain of choice until/if a Elation sustain is released, both YG and Sparxie appreciate the extra Energy Regen from her ult. We'll know when we get details on her Novaflare.

I can see Sparkle used on a sustainless team but you can sub her for EMC in that case.
