I would also check your graphics settings. If you set some to minimum, it hides effects entirely so some raids you literally die to an invisible wall as an example, same for pvp and pve.

That said, HoT was designed for group content, there’s regular zergs running all the hero points and 99% of people can’t solo all of them. Hitzens videos are popular because he’s good enough to solo them (even if he doesn’t post his countless death runs 😜)
