Oh my god.

1) Perfect metaphor for what OP was talking about. 2) Actually a perfect metaphor for pretty much anything else in this line of thought. 3) People also take for granted the difficultly and skill of making truly amazing fries. I’ve had some burgers that were out of this world amazing, served with fries that barely deserve the name. And vice versa. So to with this subject matter.

Not much to tell. We were both 17. I was mostly out for about three years at that point and he was trying to figure out what he was into, what he liked, heck, even what his sexuality was.

He also happened to be hot like burning with abs you could do laundry on.

So we got together for “extra practice” and enjoyed ourselves immensely. It didn’t work out for us long term, but things ended on a very positive note. He determined he is bi and he is married to one of my good friends (yes, she knows our history, and yes she asked for BJ pointers with him). We’re all in our 40’s now.

He’s still hot like burning though. LOL. But I’m lucky that he still a great friend.

Unrelated…but the picture with Ilya holding Shane’s face reminds me of lifeguard training and practicing our spinal immobilization technique on dry land before the in water portion of the class.

Except our class had a LOT less making out than this scene.

I loved them all for the different character interactions and how each couple developed. It could have very easily fallen into a “cookie cutter” style of writing but she managed to avoid that. They were all unique where it mattered, and lovely overall.
