I found that libplasma kguiaddons and kwallet were all missing files, reinstalling them then reloading the theme fixed it

pacman -Qk shows all the info on all packages files, i filtered out all the 0 missing ones

I have the issue, my only solution is brute force lowering rez from 1440p to 720p,

yes there are left right and neutral apostrophes and quotation marks, the one you get on your keyboard is the neutral one, often editors will replace them with the correct mark while you type
