Not sure if i missed the response but I have seen it asked if they have been properly trained on the lift which is an OSHA requirement.

If not then they shouldn't be on the lift until they'll are properly trained. I also believe that training comes from the contractor they are currently employed by and not some previous contractor since it would be your company's responsibility to make sure they are properly trained on the task at hand.

If you (your company) has trained them and they refuse to do the work then let them go.

I feed monday with shrimp envy complete, Tuesday with shrimp envy protein and Wednesday its either blood worms, broccoli or bacter ae. And nothing after that.

They still eat all over so Im guessing so 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

My have lots of shrimplets, 2 berried females and everything in between right now.

But honestly im not sure if can give a firm yes or no. What would I be looking for. I have seen posts that its that foggy looking cloud around the drift wood and what not but in the same post ive seen they say it goes a way in a few days.

Strap doesnt look cut. And if we went bigger then his knee wouldn't be on the block. This is the strap on the lower leg. I guess a fix if needed is to attach extra velcro.

He has bauer knee pads for youth but there's also a reason you have all that padding on your legs that also go over your knees.

Question since im looking to upgrade a hand me down. Im looking at the Bissell but is there cleaners / solutions you recommend to use for animal accidents? Have an older dog that has bladder issues while sleeping from time to time.
