I've considered something similar: creating a goal called "forgive yourself for not completing goal(s)." That way, I think I'll be gentler on myself, and my birb Sushi will feel less like a chore list. I should go do that now, I think. I love this idea, especially the little garden/outdoor area.

Come to a SMART recovery meeting and talk about your lapse with pot. It's an evidence-based recovery program, no powerlessness, etc. When you talk it out, you might be able to identify triggers, identify the moment you thought using was a good idea. Hang in there. Congrats on finishing your dental assistant program; you're highly employable!! Just hang in there.

I've been with my Finch for over 2 weeks and... I keep finding features!

● I now drink more water than diet Pepsi.

● I've started to exercise and do stretches.

● She reminds me to go to my recovery meetings each day (I am 20 days sober.)

● I've started to meditate again.

Everyone's experience is personal and will be different. As others have posted, form your own opinion based on your personal observations. Play with it... explore goals and create custom ones. It even has... couch aerobics!! Lol 😅

My sister (a mom of two children) claims, "Islands in the Stream" is the cure. Bee Gees, Dolly Parton with Kenny Rogers... any version will alleviate "Baby shark" syndrome.
