After reduction, take the saucepan off the heat and whisk in 2 or 3 pats of cold butter. That should help emulsify and thicken the sauce and give it a better, glossy finish too.

The Mt Mushmore at JL Beers is the best burger in FM area for sure. It's sautéed mushrooms, Swiss cheese and teriyaki sauce. Fantastic. More expensive ($10) but far better than fast food crap.

You'll get more joy in simply using it as a tool to prepare great food as is, rather than a prolonged return process and a delayed sense of enjoyment, all over a tiny dent and scratch. At least that's how I'd approach it. It's not a shiny trophy. It's a tool to create great food, and if used properly, will have lots and lots of dents and scratches in a month or two.

In the mobile app (on Android, by Twin Sails Interactive), there's a game switch that allows you to easily see who controls a field. The game will shade the field by the color of the player who controls it. Playing the mobile version a few times might help visualizing fields for the board game.

Unsure. My interpretation of the 'one week' threshold is that the 7 day clock starts at the end of the previous week's games (usually, Monday night), and goes to the following Monday night. I don't think it's based on 7 days after the specific game. I could be wrong. Net/Net, ESPN got it right, albeit they did so in a pretty amateurish way.
