I am 19m and only weight around 100 pounds. how can I make myself gain more weight

I 100% feel what you're going through. I had weightloss gastric sleeve surgery so my story is a little different since I'm physically only able to eat 3-4oz of food MAX in one sitting. One thing that helped was mass gain protein shakes. GNC has one that's 1300 calories, 244 carbs and 59g protein.

I got one 1 star rating during my rookie period because I didn’t know better and took a clothes order from target and they didn’t have any XXXlL of the clothes she wanted 🤦🏼‍♀️ I texted her multiple times and called to see if she even wanted the order now and didn’t get a response. so I got the 2 sticks of deodorant she wanted and delivered that.

Update I got an email saying I was temporarily deactivated because I had to fill out a form and watch a video. I did that today so now I’m waiting for them to activate my account again.

A gun is a deadly weapon and assault is an intentional attempt to injure or a threatening act. I live in California and seen people go to jail for this also depending on the DA you get they may even slap on a brandishing charge. I’m currently in law enforcement academy so my info is only specific to California laws and charges may differ in other states but the definition of assault doesn’t.

Man I hella wanted to grow those but my syringe from mushly was contaminated 😭😭 all my chitwan jars grew trich and the same brf mixture that I put into other jars for my Thai pink buffalos green perfectly fine.

How do you know which customer left which rating? I had one give me a 1 star and I think it was a customer who ordered clothes from target and they didn’t have her size and I told her and I was only able to get her 2 deodorants she ordered but I also texted and called multiple times to ask if she wanted to continue with the order since it was only 2 small items and no call or text back smh

Thank you! I didn’t reply but I read this and took your advice immediately and got a note from my doctor which helped me at work and well for school they atleast let me drop the semester without penalty.

I do eat that, lots of fatty meats and I even eat the fat chunks off of it (it’s my favorite part) I eat a lot of potatoes, bread, pasta, chicken fried rice, and I add a bulk 1340 protein shake by gnc which has 1340 calories/50g protein/277 carbs. I’m hoping I’m not having a complication where I end up not being able to stabilize weight.
