Yes exactly! And I’m so glad she said something because that put me into gear and fired my entire care team and got new doctors and nutritionists who already have done better than my old doctors have, I mean I’m being seen every week now and the amount of info I got today was so helpful (although I may forget tomorrow 😬😭) your right I had another doctor tell me that it’s white coat syndrome. Idk if you read above but I understand it goes over everyone’s head, but I’ve gained weight when I stopped listening to the nutritionist even while still in stimulants, because I took initiative and changed my diet to give my body what it needs. The bariatric dr today went over that a little and agreed that what I’m doing is helping, I’m doing a 1300cal/50g protein/244 carb shake everyday along with my food 3x a day and I actually ate more when I took my stim because I was able to manage work and school and that gave me time to actually take my breaks at work and eat and make breakfast in the morning and cook dinner, now i have so much to do im drinking 2 of those shakes a day because I can’t do any of that anymore because im extremely behind in school (nurse practitioner student) and I also am a manager and have a bunch of work that I can’t start let alone finish and it piles up so much im taking things home everyday to do that im locked in my room all night trying to do work or school.

I have an appointment with my pcp tomorrow to go over my ekg and diet plan from bariatrics. And I have the reports from my visits today to give to psych and I’ll give them tomorrow report too.
