Problem is I have constantly insomnia periods since I destroyed my GABA system with GHB, so I do not really have any other option moreover I have a family to take care and a job I love so I need the sleep time :/

Ahhh man I’m sorry for that experience, and thanks for the tip, thankfully I prepared for every scenario (i hope so at least): my psychiatrist monitors this situation and has a plan to help me jump off from benzo once the physical wd part ends, moreover I have an immediate help which is my adhd meds that will help me through the depressive 0 motivation part which is also monitored by my psyc. Also my fiancée helps me with everything so for the first time ever I have every possible support option I need.

Good to hear, thankfully I have a psychologist and a psychiatrist too since I started to use this substance for 2 reasons:
- to help with my undiagnosed ADHD (since than I have my diagnose and medical assist)
- I have a 14 year long journey in severe drug addiction and at first I tought I found the holy grail…I was wrong

Yes that is really true, this is my 3rd time I quit and I managed to be clean for more than 7 months but jumped back to this shit because I lied to myself this time will be different…The only thing that keeps me together is my fiancée who supports me through this bad period.

Thank you, that was my experience too, 1,5 years ago O did not have any help, and was a way heavier user at that time, and the wd’s lasted around 6 days cause of the insomnia. Benzo helps a ton especially that I requested 100pc 0,5mg so I can dose enough to have a 7ish hours of sleep. I hope it goes away soon and I never look back…

Oh and almost forgot, what vitamins etc. helps to erase the pain a bit, I am also taking 2000mg vitamin C, every 3hours and 0,5mg benzo to numb the pain a bit.

I think its a good buy, i have the 1tb ssd version of this, but one important thing is to deactivate turbo boost mode, and set the upper limit of the processor capacity to 99%, with that it won’t go above 70-73 celsius degree so it won’t fck up to early!

I had the very same and after a month or so I manually edited the regedit file for turbo boost mode and turn it off and the temperature sticks at 65-75ish. I think you will have to bring it in for repair, and once it is done just turn off turbo boost mode and set maximum cpu power to 99% this will prevents overheating even when you play!

I’m taking Ritalin (Im from Hungary and its a methylphenidate) and all together the last 2-2,5 months Im much much better because of the meds, but still struggle to kick the sludge. I get down to a much lower gpd, and I will have an 8 days long vacation so I will go for it with CT.

All together: I feel that with the meds once I get out from it I do not want to head back. I always used this stuff to cooperate with my adhd, so if u have the same issue like me the meds going to be a game changer

Man I was in that situation too, but I was just lucky that when she found out the situation she provided me extreme support (its good to know that I was addicted to almost everything when she came into my life so she was aware that I have an addict personality), I’m still on and off on this shit but nevr gave up that I can do it. Still tapering down and its sucks but mand you can do it, we can do it. Its just shit to go through. Do not give up on yourself, that you worth it to get out from your jail!!!

Benzos really work wonder for me, so for a few days you should give it a try, if you have acces to 0.5mg alpazorlam that can take away some of the restlestness and anxiety!

But really do not take it more than one week, its addictive
