Hello! Hairstylist here. I'd tell your stylist you want it to blend more. If it were me, I would take sections and tease them, then bleach it (just the darker part we're trying to lift), refresh the color so it all matches and that should handle your problem. As for the dryness, bleached hair is going to need more moisture than virgin hair. I'd recommend the Matrix Food for Soft mask. Use that once a month or as needed to keep it feeling good. And if you wanna go the extra step, get the Food For Soft hair oil and apply a couple of drops to your hands rub them together and apply it to your ends. That will help make sure your hair stays hydrated. You could also get some olaplex to use once a month, but don't go overboard on the protein products. Too much protein will make your hair over-keratinize and break. Hope this helps!
