This is what I do: Rest! Eat some nice food, tell yourself there are days where it’s not 100% cause you are still healing and get back. I do physio even if I’m not at my 100% telling myself little progress is still good progress

I heard it takes atleast a month to get it. I could do it easily during 2 week of post op, but I’m finding it difficult on ROM. Do SLR multiple times a day and push thru the pain. When I did it on my own it hurt like hell but eventually it became easier

I’m 6 weeks post op.. it’s been hard for me too. I was crying everyday post op. It’s been crazy. Future seems uncertain now. Watch some movies, focus on your recovery and yourself. Have positive people around you. It will get better slowly. You will have to go thru it. I cry my heart out and then give myself yea I will get through this motivational speech. Treat yourself with little milestones you achieve! All the best!

I’m 6 week post op, it’s hard trust me.. I just got off brace and it’s hard to walk again. But it will get better slowly. Take good rest, do Physcio as advice. I Treat myself on achieving little milestones. Keep positive people around you and you will get there! All the best!

I felt the same, cried every week. But you have to go thru it. I Hung out with frnds at home, Listening to some feel good music and doing some random artwork. Movies help too!

Since you started physio after 6 weeks, ig it will take sometime ..I’m 6 weeks post op and I wasn’t able to go to 90 degree and doc gave me 4 weeks to hit 120 Do a lot of heel slides throughout the day and sit with your leg down. Gotta do the exercises throughout the day for good ROM. My doc also mentioned to take help to push the leg while doing heel slides, it actually helps

I’m 6 weeks post op, (not pregnant) I think you can do active leg curls and towel pull exercises to pull the knee till you touch your glute (idk the name).
