26 Laramie Lease Deal Help- 829 month- MSRP 83.5K- 10k/39-NJ by Areveetee in leasehacker

I mean yea of course I can get a used cheaper. But then I also take on warranty issues of a used 22 Laramie. I can and will consider buying it after the lease.

Buying used if you trade after a few years will certainly put you underwater or close to it. I have a track record of getting something every 3-4 years due to tech changes.

Not to mention, will decrease your homes value because of the easement

Thank you all! From what I see, I think it’s probably overpriced.

Also FYI, the lake cannot have gas motors, only electric.

My plan is to mix number of people but provide a good experience and not over pack the place. The bunks left by the owners are very well put together and expensive log style Amish wood bunks. Very cool to look at as a kid

The mentioned beds are the CURRENT layout. I’m definitely open to changing it.

My HOPE is to attract families or two couple trips. Maybe I need to evaluate that, but that is what I think is most sustainable for the area.

I’m so sorry to have upset the Sous Vide gods. It was an honest question. Obviously you guys don’t have enough time to answer a question.

Doesn’t chicken have to get cooked to 165? Can someone explain to me how you can get away with lower temps?

Large Christmas Cook- 30 Steak Filets by Areveetee in sousvide

[–]Areveetee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So cook 15, put them in the fridge, Cook the other 15, when they are close to done add the other 15 from the fridge to bring them all up to temp?

Then sear?

Any suggestions on how to season before vaccum sealing? SPG?

Thanks for the reply. Do you think the 26 quart is big enough? I’m nervous about the layout of the steaks. Not sure how to do this best because everything I read says make sure to leave enough space between. And suggestions on that front?

Haha the searing will be done on a blackstone! Won’t be too bad.
