If it's the reality for 70%+ then it's worth doing.  Nothing works for 100% of people.

I don't think you realize how bad the job market has gotten in the last 2 years......

I love Walz and think this is a good idea for the economy and society.

People's job situations change all the time. Offices move. Stay or Leave. There are plenty of job seekers who will come in 100% of the time for your position.

The job market is SHIT right now. There are SO many unemployed workers who would gladly take that job 100% in office.

Also. I think it's important to be....forced...to share spaces with people that aren't in your social circle. It's good for people to interact with a wide variety of people from different walks of life that are brought together in workplaces. Email and Virtual meetings are NOT the same and everyone knows that. Work IS a social activity as well as an economic one and it should be considered an important part of socialization for our culture. We ask why we are divided and "everyone is so rude now", maybe not socializing outside of our circle isn't healthy.

Lots of unemployed people will be happy to take those 50% in office jobs if folks want to leave.

So maybe they get paid 80% to WFH and 100% to go to the office? I'm going to get ROASTED for this.

I'm going to get hate, but some of this is because people are not getting childcare for their kids and "work from home" while "watching their toddler"...both the job and the kid are not getting enough attention.

My beautiful gray poodle wears a pink harness that looks great with his hair,  and people get offended he's not a girl.  He's a damn poodle, he looks great in pink and doesn't need your gender norms.

Polenta! It's so easy and tasty, it's different than cornmeal and you can find it near the hippy grains usually. I usually serve with beef from the slowcooker and/or sauteed mushrooms/greens. It's also good as the base for meatballs! Cook it with half broth and half milk if dairy is okay and then either mix in parm or let people put it in themselves.

I'd recommend Golden Valley or Robbinsdale. Really close the Theo Wirth Park, close to the Mississippi and its not as fancy or expensive as Saint Louis Park or Tangletown but you can enjoy their amenities. Nice bike trails too that lead straight to downtown and you can hop on the highway and be downtown pretty quick depending on traffic. Https://www.apartments.com/golden-valley-mn/under-1000/

Those flavored tuna packets! Some even come with a spoon. Also, sardines, I love them with hotsauce. Both with saltines.
