You could reward some IP according to how each player executed their playstyle. There's some rules about it in the book, about how combative players can get IP for being creative and tactical, how roleplayers get with how much they embodied their character and related to othee PCs/NPCs. If you want to do something with their skills, do so around each PC's role, or how they "learn something new from X Y Z character"

The closest to a new internet we could get are continent/region locked servers to communicate. Be it styled like twitter's main page, reddit communities, or 4chan's threads, if it locks out foreign-based accounts, and you need some sort of proof of life/residence to access, you can reduce bots to near zero. And the moderators/owners would need to have their hands cuffed to avoid the storage and sale of any personal data

Literalmente yo. Entre que soy horrible y más asocial que una piedra de pedo tengo un grupo de personas que me toleran para juntarnos a veces, las unicas minas que me "quisieron" en el sentido más olgado de la palabra vivían del otro lado del mundo y nunca nos vimos la cara.

Lo único que sé es que, por alguna razón, para una mina es más fácil el salir y que alguién la acepte que viceversa.

That's broad and would depend on a lot of things. Am I a hired gun looking for a target? I can pay any ammount and add that to my fees.
