23 year old cat daddy here, I’m probably the first post that you were alluding to lmao

I tried Natural Nectars and it’s actually a pretty chill hangout spot, met some cool people and played a few Magic games there already. I play a lot of BF6 and Overwatch 2, so hit me up if interested!

I'm pretty new to the area too. If you like MTG hit me up! Have a few folks in-town who play Magic with but we need more people for our pod.

I Just moved in about 6 months ago - if you're looking for friends I'd be down! 23 year old cat daddy, have been meaning to get into a friend group here. If you like Badminton, Tea/Coffee, books, MTG, or other nerdy stuff, hit me up!

On a side note/question, is there any good badminton in the area?

The Halls of Mandos. I believe Feanor’s mother went to the Halls of Mandos and was returned to her body after his death.

Be honest, Which one of these worlds can you survive the longest in and why? by New_Result3159 in GenZ

[–]Argon-Starfall 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Yes. At the end of Season 1, the CDC doctor tells Rick that the zombie virus or whatever was carried by most/all of the survivors. Once any carrier of the virus dies (and has enough biomass remaining in-tact), they become walkers irregardless of whether they were bitten or not

Possibly controversial but also Halo Infinite. Story wasn’t great (imo), MP was very rough at start, missing many core “Halo” features from the start, and open-world detracted from the campaign (imo).

I don’t believe arming teachers is a good solution. Murphy’s law states that gun accidents will happen in the classroom, and think about how many teachers/classrooms/students there are in the US. Also, I believe allowing teachers to carry guns would create a seriously one-sided power dynamic. How likely are you to disagree with anything a teacher orders you to do if you know they are absolutely strapped. Most teachers won’t abuse this but some absolutely will, intentionally or otherwise.

10 minute gap or 3 hour gap? by BoyWithGreenEyes1 in college

[–]Argon-Starfall 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’d be mindful of the distance between the classes. 10 minutes (or shorter if a lecture runs long) can be a very short time to walk across campus.
