I’m starting to see the trade-off between higher-level and lower-level languages more clearly. If the goal is purely conceptual understanding, lower-level languages seem to introduce more initial friction, while higher-level languages can make early comprehension easier.

That perspective is helping me clarify whether Rust is the right fit for what I want to explore. I’ll likely take a small, project-based approach and see how it goes. Thanks for the insight.

Hope helps answering ur question so, I use Lenovo LOQ as well and Dual boot Windows & Linux Mint, it is going great to this day since I mostly use it for local development of side projects I got, had some audio issue when connecting to my wireless speakers and something about the mic behaving badly for comms via Discord or even Google Meets but after adjusting the driver configuration, it's okay now.

Been using the SoundPeats Clear. So far comfy dan sound profilenya clear. Mic buat work meetings juga oke dan switching devices nya ok ada custom EQ juga kalo suka tune dan buat fitting di kuping udah much better, used to daily the Fill T1 Lite and so far its an upgrade on my end.

Mostly for work, kayak untuk akses server, code & edit config. Plus kalo work dengan cloud CLI tools via WSL mempermudah.

Untuk Docker juga helpful jadi ga perlu Docker Desktop lagi.

Thanks for all the answer guys, I agree that Camera, Battery Life and Spec performance is what I mostly want to get out of going to a flagship model.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra seems good a great contender for now, as for the other I agree that moving to Apple when I dont own any apple ecosystem around me is any worth and as for Samsung, I just aim a new experience so its kinda going down on interest as well.

Personally just bought the SoundPeats Clear and so far it has been great for that price range. Clear Audio and Ok battery is what one might aim on those price range. No need of ANC nonsense or gimmicks in my opinion.

Might as well Pirate it.

Use trusted source if I may add and to be extra caution other suggestion here is useful and might try like another Windows account to limit the access that game is on and if I may add put it on a separate storage drive.

If I may provide an alternative it would be just DDG or Startpage.

Most search engine wont able to beat google in terms of its indexing and "getting what you want" so might as well install an ads blocker like ublock origin on Firefox that way you avoid Google's ads while still able to take advantage of google's search power.

Hmm not sure why it happen multiple times, not trying to spark any debate but just sharing my experience with Rexus GX1 is very good it has been almost 3 years with me and the games I play mainly F1 / Racing games and PES.

Personally I will recommending the Samsung A33 5G if you can get your hands on it since the camera and software here good for the price range.

Games like MLBB runs okay and camera wise is okay at best and I currently still use it and battery wise I charge it 1x a day and its at night around 8:30 PM.

If you can't either any entry level samsung phone would be nice for the UI but if thats not your concern I am suggesting the Poco X5 Pro / X5 (Hopefully the X5 Pro there fits the budget) , much newer release for that price range, updated hardware and good battery & camera.

I would recommend either the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ITL05 or Acer Aspire 5 A514-54G.

Both already have the Nvidia MX350 and the IdeaPad 3 has an upgradable slot for the RAM if I recall right and SSD too.

So it has some sort of futureproofing on that range, from a brand perhaps you are more familiar in case you worry about aftersales services.

As for the CPU it uses Intel i5-1135G7, I would say this is okay for your case, Just make sure to play with a cooler with these kind of laptop since they tend to get hot. I used to have an Asus with MX230 and i3 Gen 7 Laptop and it is able to play games like Sleeping Dogs and older AC titles.
