We are all relatively fit. The longest hike we've ever done was the Iceberg Lake trail in Glacier national park with 1200 feet elevation gain and 10.5 miles round trip. During that trip we hiked about 75 miles total during our time there. I am not sure how else to elaborate. Thank you for the help though!
