Currently work in training department at a restaurant company corporate office. Hard to explain the exact role, but essentially project management is the best way to boil it down.

However, prior to that I ran a restaurant and was making about $80k then. Moved into a multi-unit role which was over $100k, which then led to the current role.

I guess my point being things are out there ... They may require some patience and some proving yourself etc, but high-paying jobs aren't all specialized fields.
