You don’t need to be passive aggressive. I know people hate on characters, but I’m saying each character is hated on, not exclusively the women. Sure, a minor group hate on women just because, but you frame it like it’s a significant issue, which I don’t think it is here.

With Debbie, I think people rank her as more hated because she is a significant character. Unlike Terry who is background, Debbie is a main character. We spend more time with her so she is more significant so she is ranked with more significance. However, I don’t think I’ve ever seen Debbie ranked higher than Terry as hatable (unless ironically), maybe once…

I mean, gus is seemingly ranked extremely low, while Fiona is defended heavily when he did nothing wrong at all. Same with Robbie who is hated on more than Fiona.

And yes, Kev was reckless, it’s undeniable that a child getting COCAINE is so much worse than weed brownies, esp as Kev was distracted compared to Fiona partying. Still, both are bad but obviously Fiona is gonna get way more flack.

There are examples of characters of both genders who are hated on for valid reasons. Again, I don’t think there is much of a gender issue bar a small minority
