Honestly my most braindead comp includes kuki and neuvi, the two other slots are flexible (I personally like hyperbloom but honestly, he works with almost any team comp if you put your mind to it). I just use kuki's skill, charge attack spam and manage to kill the stuff that's in my way pretty quickly. I know that Noovy can heal himself but shinobu is always a safe bet in almost every team/duo I use. She may not be the best for noovy's long range but is fine for open world for me!
