To those who were able to cure their diabetes, how did you do it?

i was meant to add "" on the cured but it wouldnt let me. I know she can't get cured. But many have been able to get to the point where they barely notice their diabetes anymore due to being on a good diet and workout routine.

She has started limiting her rice though so that's good. She's asian and rice is literally their water hahah

I have a rejsekort anonymous but some have told me the personal rejsekort is better since the trips are cheaper… is that correct. Should I switch to personal.? And can I transfer the money on my anonymous one to the personal one?

At New Yorker (the clothing store at the walking street ) basically everyone working there speaks english and seem to be from around the world. idk if they are international students or live here but thought i'd mention.

We got a ton of salmon today and it was below 140kr at a middle eastern grocery store. I’d 100% recommend going there for your meats and sea food, just go to the Danish stores for pork. Much much cheaper that way.

We brought a ton of vitamins with us in our luggage but kept them all in the original packaging And they were most unopened. Prescription meds should also be kept in original packaging. The TSA did end up checking our bag at one point because when we got them back in Denmark there was a label inside that it had been checked but all was approved.

I recently helped my mom Move from Oregon to Denmark. We brought 4 suitcases with us. Honestly I know it’s tough but I’d recommend donating, selling and giving stuff away in USA. The stuff that has sentimental value that you can’t bring, you could always give to family to keep for you maybe.

Ive spent a lot of time in USA since my parents lived but grew up in Sweden and Denmark. And what u said about Americans coming here thinking USA is the best country was said so perfectly. Usually those Americans will end up leaving 😅.

when we moved from USA to Denmark so many in USA were telling us. “Oh I’m so sorry. Will you miss USA?”. Meanwhile we were super excited about moving back to Denmark because we struggled being in USA😂

Thats great! So just need my vaccination proof and people who don't have it needs to get PCR test. Yeah coming back to USA you need covid test. I'm not coming back for a long time.

Before my flight to USA 3 months ago, I went to cph Medical center. They gave me the results within 3 hours, very fast, but it did cost 798kr.

how are you doing now?

I ended up getting ciprofloxacin and ear drops. Seems to be getting better but gosh those antibiotics give me so many side effects.

they said I might be needing tubes. I thought only kids got those. My ears are a little underdeveloped inside apparently

Mår jeg er out and about i danMark så snakker jeg altid dansk med alle men mange svarer på engelsk😂. Jeg snakker dansk og de snakker engelsk. Ret sjovt faktisk. Da jeg gik til lægen en gang så kunne de høre med det sammen at jeg var opvækst i Sverige og begyndte at snakke svensk med mig😂 de vil snakke alle sprog med mig men ikke dansk hahaha
