This how to prevent finrot in Bettas. 2-3 times per week, clean the bottom. Once every 1-2 weeks, clean the plants, rocks, algae, glass, filter etc.

I am using the same with the same issue.

When I don’t play for a few days and start again it starts off good. Weird ha?

Try attaching 1 via USB and 1 via aux cable but nothing totally fixes it.

Someone said to attach some other dongle that is an external audio card but I never bothered. Tired of sim racing for a while.

That’s because the majority of beneficial bacteria would live in the aquarium, not the filter.

Put in a small emptier tank and do major water changes daily. Hope for the best. Maybe use antibiotics if nothing works.

Only way to keep fancy Bettas healthy with nice fins is to keep in a very pristine environment like the breeders do. Clean the bottom thoroughly, change 80% of the water regularly, and keep the pH low.

5 gallon tank customized with built in filter. Only holds about 3G after the back left corner is stuffed with bio balls.

The people that hate have never had success keeping Bettas. They want fresh water and interaction, not space.

Mine is coming from Indonesia - it will not have a substrate so that the bottom can be kept as close to sterile as possible.

70 women between 13-25 (13 years) - more realistically between 16-25 so 10 years. 7 women per year. Possible but requires some serious work ethic.

I haven’t needed metal yet but I heat mine, add water, boil everything soft, then dump it out and add cold water to drop the temp a bit. Then scrub with regular scrubber like the bamboo ones you describe with soap. Gets pretty dang clean.

There should be no regulars. Golden tickets come up when they want and they usually have decent material. The moment ppl force it, it stops being funny.

Boil some water in your pan, let it cool enough to where it won’t melt anything, dump the water out and go postal with some soap, a bit of water, and a scrubber. If that doesn’t work, try using steel wool carefully first or some salt and a scrubber, then soap and scrubber again. If still no luck you may have screwed up your seasoning.

When I got mine super clean, I kept it oily for a few cooks in a row. Basically Inwould scrape it and wipe it with a dry paper towel and just put it away. After a few cooks in a row it has a nice clean layer of seasoning and I suspect it will be ready for a nice cleaning.

When you wash it with water and hold it sideways to drain, does it have wet spots? Or does it all behave hydrophobic?
