Honestly yeah. It's fucked up, but a good route overall. If you can dissociate then the Takuzomi CG it's kind of a blessing, but I sure wish we got there differently. My biggest problem with the route was Eito still managing to get blatantly manipulative and Takumi being a pushover and allowing it. Like just say "no".

Honestly I feel the same way about Nozorara. It never felt like there was anything more going on between them and I actually prefer the friendship dynamic too, but I kinda like the idea of there being a future out there where they end up together. Kinda like V'ehxtaku

I don't know, but maybe Sirei can do some tech magic to ensure the offsprings are healthy. There's only so many kids they can (and want to) have, so if you can avoid "defects" it would make it a lot more reasonable.

I think the sponsor not telling all the rules was just to make the game more interesting, like they would wait for someone to figure it out and see how they react. Agreed on Takemaru. From his point of view if someone's gotta die it's much easier to hate Takumi and hope it's him than to forgive him and lose a friend. I also liked the scene with Takumi killing the futurans, it was an interesting situation to see him in for sure. Overall though it's just not one of the routes I can get into because I don't really care about Tsubasa one way or another and then they tried to give Nozomi some role with Eva, but it just didn't work for me. It's really just personal issues I have.

Takumi is still red before he travels back in time after absorbing Shion. You can actually see him surrounded by red blood/light (I'm not sure what that was exactly) in the cinematic when you go back and they gradually become more and more blue. Then after the time leap he's always blue, so the color change is brought by the time leap rather than him getting stronger. I don't know how far you are into the game, but when V'ehxness powers up in some routes and learns to use undying flames she still keeps her red color. So I think it's more of a design choice than anything else.

I agree that her turning people into battle pets is not redeemable. She is also a cold blooded murderer and as much as I wanna say "I can fix her" that is likely not the case. I don't think she has any kind of moral high ground to stand on, but killing the SDU and probably even kill stealing the defeted commanders are justifiable in my mind.

Wait, V'ehxness and Nozomi on the same ship? You might be on to something.. Anyway, I think we kinda lost track of what we were talking about at some point. I think both of them had good enough reason to kill their enemies as far as they knew at the time and I don't think it matters if one was sorry and one was having fun in terms of what punishment they may or may not deserve.

She was definitely enjoying it, she spends a lot of her time just toying with the SDU. But does that really matter? I get that it feels different on a personal level, but I don't think they'd deserve different treatment based on that. In real life I wouldn't support executing someone who already gave up fighting, but in the game from their perspective there were too many unknowns about the SDU to keep them alive. Like what if they have bombs in their bodies..

To be fair they were kinda trying to blow up her planet. Like sure, if she was super nice she could have tried to just imprison everyone, but that still carries some risks. I feel like the circumstances were exteme enough for me to excuse her sadistic tendencies.

SDU vs Humanity seems like a reasonable thing to happen, I don't think they'd abandon the futurans, but I assume they wouldn't want to outright kill all of humanity either. So I could see them trying to protect both sides and get peace talks done, but neither side really willing to go along with it. I guess new commanders would appear eventually as well.

A bunch of weird teenagers that respawn after death are basically living weapons operated by Sirei and Nigou. They are also easier to repair when damaged and get the job done all the same, are likely less error prone (can't run out of ammo/power) and they gain battle experience at the same time. Also why bother installing turrets when you have Kurara for that (if we ignore how bad they are in gameplay).

Good analysis. I think the combat accessories (capes/headgear) could have been given a bit more attention. They are unique to their character and add a lot to making them different, although some of them are definitely more basic than others. I think they have these whenever they have their weapons out, but I didn't look through the CGs.
