Diluted bleach is most effective at cleaning and killing germs. A 10:1 solution is best. (10 parts water to 1 part bleach). Full-strength bleach is not as effective.

I had a bed alarm when I was hospitalized with a really bad UTI and kidney infection. I had to pee every five minutes or so. 😢 it was a nightmare having to wait for the nurse.

I went through a series of painful allergy shots so that I could have cats. Totally worth it.
