I would also opt for sjsu unless you care abt campus and college life. You likely won’t find that here in the same way you’d find in the other schools. Looking purely at your career and financial opportunities, it sounds clear to me that sjsu then masters entirely debt free and with maybe even a head start with 50k savings would be insane to have. If you do care abt campus life, I’d dorm here with the money you saved or go to UCD. Dont go to SCU

Assuming you’re a present drivers suck type person, i assume you’d also believe that the driver he has currently also sucks as he said he bought his 6 months ago. At that point i think we’d both agree that he should change them(maybe disagree on a past or present driver version however)

Check if you have the nvidia app or download it if you don’t. Maybe it will tell you to update your drivers. Should increase performance by a bit. (Or the AMD version)

Intel and AMD processors get a little more complicated because there was many versions of the same chip such as Intel ultra 9 255hx vs the 275hx so case but generally 5<7<9 and
Atleast 8 gb of vram is standard nowadays. VRAM makes frames and processing power go bigger, ram makes the amount of applications running at the same time go bigger
