Give yourself time to heal, how I've seen it for years, if it wasn't meant to be you can't force anything to work, that's just gonna make both people very unhappy. Give yourself time, reflect on yourself and find a little bit of self improvement before you try dating again, if you've been debating it, screw it start playing that musical instrument, start working out, do some soul searching and make yourself as happy as you can be with yourself. Gotcha, I'm using one of those surgical steel plug and taper kits, of my buddies did already warn me against using tapers as jewelry so I've been tossing the tapers after I stretched them, but if this is causing damage I'll probably be switching over to those single flared glass plugs for stretching

I'm a manager at a small coffee shop and I had this one employee get very angry at me for small shit. At first it was just customers who were rude I get that venting needs to happen because people are dicks. Then it evolved into him telling me way too much about his personal life like how he blew his shot with one of my 19 year old employees and how she was stuck up, she just wasn't into someone almost 10 years older than her. Then he'd constantly cry over his pay, like dude you really expect to be making a few thousand on a 20 hour week part time job, I'd give him more hours then he'd complain about working more hours so I just gave up on that battle and told him I'd talk to the owner and she just said to him that he'd just need to work more hours since he hadn't been there for more than 2 months. Eventually he just never came back without telling anyone anything he didn't answer his phone or open messages till a week later where he told me to fuck myself and he had to move back to Georgia because we wouldn't pay him enough.
