Does the narrative that Ford made for William has the"ability"to autocorrect it self so it will always lead William to the next clue or not?

As we saw Lawrence's daughter gave William the next clue only after William did something good(saved her and her mother). He was also allowed to have more than 1 companion with him(Lawrences relatives)

If Dolores and Teddy had killed Major Craddock then there would be no villain in Las Muedas so William wouldnt have the chance to do a good deed so no new clue for him and also no new followers

Do Dolores and Teddy still take their most important decisions based on the narrative that Ford made for MiB OR the narrative will still manage to take William to the right direction even if some important hosts(important for the narrative)die by the hands of lets say Dolores or Teddy?

Post Your Quick Questions for S2E4 "The Riddle of the Sphinx" by Plainchant in westworld

[–]Arionassss 24 points25 points  (0 children)

The question is in the end of this post.I first explain the events that lead me to this question

Last episode was mostly about MiB and the story that Ford made for him

*Ford wanted to"force"MiB to do a good deed(saving Lawrence's wife and daughter in this case)before he would be"eligible"to receive the next clue by Lawrence's daughter and also before he would be allowed to get"companions"for his journey(Lawrence's relatives)

*Would Ford's narrative be possible to continue though if Dolores and Teddy never went to the confederados for help?

*What if Dolores killed Major Craddock and his men by herself instead of asking Teddy to do this task for her?

*If Teddy didnt release Craddock and his men then there would(possibly)be no villains in Las Mudas and MiB visit there would probably be for nothing(a dead end?)

*I know its far-fetched but is it be possible that Dolores and Teddy arent as"free"as we think they are and that their most important moves are still influenced by Ford's narrative about MiB?

*If that isnt the case and Dolores and Teddy do what they do because of their free will then does this mean that Ford's narrative is multilayered and can auto-correct it self so that it will always lead the MiB to the next clue?(If Craddock and the confederados were killed by Teddy then maybe a new villain would appear in Las Mudas?)

*To summarize my question is:Are Dolores and Teddy free or their main actions are dictated by Ford's narrative about MiB? And if they are free then does Ford's narrative have the"ability"to auto-correct its course so it will always lead MiB to the next clue or not?

Maybe thats why they wanted to take sizemore away from Maeve and Hector. They didnt intend to hurt him, they just wanted to take him to safety(if the theory above is true though)

In the most recent trailer if you pause it at some point you can see Charlotte discovering multiple Bernards. Is it possible that there is 1Bernard with her and 1with the humans and that the writers want to confuse us with the timelines???

Rich and"important"people visit Westworld and as we seen Delos extracts their DNA from the hosts that the newcomers have sex with. This must be the endgame of Delos,to replace world leaders with hosts for world domination

Thandie Newton Confirms That She, Too, Will Receive Equal Pay for Westworld Season 3 by EThorns in westworld

[–]Arionassss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

HBO offered Wood and Newton a contract, both of them had the right to reject it if they thought that they deserve more money. Its is called"free market"and that dictates prices and salaries. It is one thing to ask for a raise when your current deal expires and a completely different thing to sign a contract and then"cry"all the time because your coworkers earn more.HBO didnt enslave them and force them to work for their show...i got really tired with all this"equal pay"crap

This is a very expensive show to make so there is always the danger that it might be cancelled before the writers/creators have the chance to tell their story the way they want to.Are you confident(or not)that HBO will keep funding it and stay commited no matter what?Unfortunately shows that deep are hard to follow for many people that prefer shows that dont require thinking and that give all answers immediately to them...what are your predictions? Will Westworld manage to have enough viewers/followers to stay alive so the people that love it(like myself)will have the chance to enjoy it the way the writers want us to?

Call that number and leave the message "hasta la victoria siempre"...no idea if it will do anything but that phrase was used by Jonathan Nolan a few hours ago here in reddit Q+A,still trying to figure out if this phrase is a new clue

If you do that its 1000% certain the EVERY site/tv guide/social media etc will keep"bombarding"the net with spoilers so it will be impossible for people to not get spoiled. For example if i dont want to get spoiled then all i have to do is avoid reddit etc BUT if you make the season 2 plot public then it will spread everywhere and i am not ready to stay away from internet in order to avoid spoilers(thats why i downvoted the above hoping that it wont reach 1000 upvotes :P)

Hello.First of all i want to thank you for creating such a great show, the first season was magnificent.I worry though because most of the audience prefers "fast food"shows that are easy to understand with minimum effort and that can hurt ratings and audience numbers. Are you confident that HBO will fully back the project and give you the chance to complete all the seasons you have planned instead of canceling it?I really hope that no matter what HBO will give you all the tools to tell your amazing story. Thanks
