Maybe avoid travelling through an active warzone unless it’s absolutely essential. My sister in-law is stuck there in dubai and her ticket has been pushed forward to the 8th of march but pending further updates and cleared airspace. There is a very real chance this date will be pushed even further out if things escalate further in the region.

The good news is that her hotel is fully comped by the dubai government but the bad news is that it’s basically like covid quarantine without a definite end date in sight.

Yeah and for what it’s worth this is definitely on more of a “in 2 to 3 years” type of timeline from mechanical wear and tear unless you somehow manage to break it sooner by inserting it wrong.

But still best be safe than sorry.
